Natasha graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in December 2021 and is passionate about helping patients manage pain, improve mobility, and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
She has a particular interest in treating a variety of conditions and concerns, including TMJ dysfunction, plantar fasciitis and chronic foot pain, as well as hip, leg, and spinal conditions. Natasha also enjoys working with active individuals, athletes, and youth, incorporating sports massage into her practice when appropriate.
Her treatment approach combines a variety of techniques, including (as needed) deep tissue massage, fascial release, IASTM with graston tools, and general petrissage to target the specific needs of each patient. Natasha believes in working collaboratively with each patient to create treatments tailored to their individual needs and goals. With her upbeat and approachable personality, she strives to create a comfortable environment while providing effective, patient-focused care.
Having been active for the majority of her life, Natasha understands firsthand the importance of taking care of your body and addressing aches and pains before they become bigger limitations. She was also a patient at this very clinic for over 10 years before becoming an RMT herself, receiving treatment for various injuries and everyday aches and pains. This personal connection has made joining the healthcare community especially meaningful to her.
Natasha feels incredibly grateful and privileged to be part of the healthcare community and is committed to continuing to grow and develop as a healthcare practitioner. She hopes to encourage and support her patients in prioritizing their body health so they can continue doing the activities they love.
